LOCK HAVEN, PA- Both the Men & Women from Walsh University Cross Country left Lock Haven on top of the leader board. The Men & Women each secured the number one spot after the Women's 6k and the Men's 8k. The Women placed first out of 16 teams and the Men finished first out of 14 teams. Zach Kreft won another individual title and broke another course record.

             Women- 1:51.48 

FOR THE CAVALIER WOMEN:

• Junior, Bridget Hahn placed second overall after she crossed the finish line at the 21:36.8 minute marker.
• Freshman, Camryn Barker was next to cross the line for the Cavaliers. 
• Barker clocked a 6k run time of 22:13.6.
• Crossing the line one after the other, Teja Young and Elly Heine, finished in 14th and 15th place.
• Young finished the race with a time of 22:31.0 and Heine crossed at the 22:34.0 mark.
• Natalie Boyden was the final Cav to cross the line under the 23 minute mark(22:53.3).
• Isabelle Rammel(23:11.5), Bailey Menegay(23:20.0), Hannah Groff(23:52.0), Aeryn Walters(23:52.1, Claire Rethman(23:59.0) all competed for the Maroon and Gold respectively. 

FOR THE CAVALIER MEN:

• Setting a new course record and taking home another 1st place honor this season, Zach Kreft was on top of the podium once again.
• Kreft clocked an 8k run time of 23:47.2 to send him home in first place.
• Teammate, Nathan Moore, crossed the line in 3rd place with a total run time of 24:11.2.
• Julian Shrock finished the race with an 8k pace of 25:05.2 for an 8th place finish for the Cavs.
• Mitchel Dunham, the fourth Cav to finish in the top ten, crossed the finish line with a run time of 25:07.8.
• Drew Roberts(25:16.3), Evan Jarold(25:25.4) and Drew Monahan(25:30.2) all finished within the top 20 of the field.
