NORTH CANTON, OH- The cold and snowy conditions could not stop the Cavaliers Women's Lacrosse team from defeating the McKendree Bearcats, 17-8. On Tuesday, the Cavaliers would rack up the goals, leading McKendree 10-4 in the first half. McKendree would come out strong in the third quarter with three goals to make the score 10-7. The Cavaliers were not messing around. They would score twice in the third quarter putting the Cavs up 12-7. In the fourth quarter, the Cavaliers would use their aggressive offense to extend their lead, 17-8, while fighting the freezing-cold temperatures. Walsh will host Notre Dame College at 6pm on 3/16.
