NORTH CANTON, OH: Notre Dame College may have thought they had a chance against the Cavaliers, but any thoughts were quickly gone as the Maroon and Gold scored 15 runs in the span of three innings. Ten of the 15 came in the sixth inning when the home team caught fire. The Cavs had 11 hits and drew 12 walks in the non conference outing. Walsh will return to conference play this Sunday and Monday, as they host Kentucky Wesleyan, at Biery Stadium.

FOR THE CAVS 

• Brodey Acres (2-3), Brady Maciak (2-4), Shea Simmer (1-3), and Davis Burick (1-2) each had two RBI's.
• Maciak (2) and Eli Sutton had doubles in the contest. 
• Geting the win on the mound was Marshall Shepherd. He pitched three innings, striking out three batters. 
• Justin Molloy and Jake Becks had strong innings on the mound. They each threw one inning and didn't allow a hit.
