NORTH CANTON, OH: The Cavaliers had been hot coming into the G-MAC series vs the Ashland Eagles. Unfortunately, timely scoring and dominant pitching from the conference foe was too much for the home team. The Cavs won one out of the four contests and were outscored by the Eagles, 17-8. The Maroon and Gold will look to get back into the win column on Wednesday, at Notre Dame College.

FOR THE CAVS GAME 1
- Nick Lallathin started on the mound in game one for the Cavs. He went seven innings, giving up four runs on twelve hits.
- Justin Molloy went two innings in relief, giving up no runs and just one hit.

- Asher Soltis threw 8.1 innings. He gave up six hits and one run. Zach Thompson closed the game out allowing two runs and four hits.
- Brady Maciak had a big game at the plate, going three for four.
- Jax Miller hit a homerun in the second inning to get the Cavs on the board.
FOR THE CAVS GAME 3
- Alex Beyerle went six innings, giving up eight hits and no runs. Cole Brogan finished the game for the Cavs, recording his third save of the season.
- Shea Simmer had a solid game at the plate, homering in the third to give the Cavs an early lead, and later scoring on a Brady Maciak single in the seventh.
