NORTH CANTON, OH: The Walsh Women's Basketball team earned their 2nd win in a row this afternoon, in dominating fashion, as they beat the Ursuline Arrows, by 20 points. Currently in 2nd place, the Arrows only had one loss in the G-MAC. In today's powerful efforts, the Cavs avenged their previous 10 point loss to Ursuline on January 4th.
From the tip off, the Cavs were on a mission. With aggressive defense and efficient offense, the Women never trailed. In the first two quarters, Walsh shot 55% from the field and made seven 3 pointers.
Leading the G-MAC in steals and blocks, the Cavaliers forced 25 turnovers, turning that into 27 points. They also had 6 blocks, collectively.
The Maroon and Gold will hit the road the next three games with important match-ups at Thomas More, Kentucky Wesleyan, and Findlay. With 11 games remaining, the Women are in 11th place in the conference. The top eight make the conference postseason tournament.

FOR THE CAVS
- The dynamic duo, in Kiley Dyrlund and Alycia Tripplet, caused havoc for the Arrows each scoring 14 points and grabbing 7 rebounds.
- Triplett shot 6-9 from the field including 2 three pointers.
- Dyrlund added four assists and three steals.
- Sami Kim was also in double digits with 11 points.
- Off the bench, in six minutes, Ella Neitzel had 8 points.
