CAVS DOMINATE IN TIFFIN

TIFFIN, OH - The Walsh University Women's Soccer Team secured a commanding 4-0 victory against Tiffin University in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference match on Thursday evening. The Cavaliers showcased their offensive prowess and defensive resilience throughout the match at the Tiffin Soccer Complex.

Walsh struck early in the first half with Kailey Hobart finding the net in the 23rd minute, giving the Cavaliers a crucial lead. Tiffin fought hard to respond, but Walsh maintained possession and pressure, outshooting their opponents significantly. Despite numerous attempts, Tiffin's shots were met with stellar saves from Walsh's goalkeeper, O'Malley Quinlan.

The Cavaliers extended their lead in the second half when Katie Corrigan scored in the 50th minute, followed by a goal from Kate Young in the 77th minute, and Jamie Duskey capped off the scoring in the dying moments of the match. Tiffin's goalkeeper, Aubree Lee, made several remarkable saves, showcasing her skills despite the scoreline.
