NORTH CANTON, OH - The Walsh University volleyball team faced two challenging matches over the weekend, competing against Lake Erie College and Ashland University. The Cavaliers secured a victory against Lake Erie but fell to Ashland in a tough matchup. The match against Lake Erie also served as the Breast Cancer Awareness Game in support of the Josette Bedell Memorial Foundation. The Cavaliers showcased their offensive skills in the win over Lake Erie but struggled to maintain their momentum against a strong Ashland team. These results bring Walsh's overall record to 13-9 and their G-MAC record to 6-3.
