NORTH CANTON, OH: On an unusually warm November evening, the Cavaliers hosted rival Malone, on Larry Staudt Field. Losing in a tough battle by a score of 2-1 was upsetting but the mood quickly shifted as the Cavs earned the 5th seed in the G-MAC Playoffs. Ending the regular season with a record of 10-6-1 (7-6-1), the Maroon and Gold will look ahead and train for the #4 seed, Cedarville University. The Cavs have fallen to the Yellow Jackets in both match ups, 2-0 and 3-0, respectively.
Also earning spots in the postseason was #1 Ashland, #2 Findlay, #3 Northwood, and #6 Malone. Walsh will travel to Cedarville on Saturday for a 7pm kickoff!
