MIDLAND, MI: The regionally ranked Cavalier men travelled to Michigan to take on the Northwood Timberwolves on Saturday. They opened the game on a 9-2 run led by
Kobe Mitchell who would go on to score a game-high 25 points. Tough defense would also help the Maroon and Gold take the lead into the locker room with a halftime score of 35-22.

Walsh continued to play well in the second half, holding The Timberwolves to just 38.6% shooting from the field.
Zack Oddo added 15 points to The Cavalier total while
Colin McHale made 4-8 shots for 10 points. In the end, Walsh would come away with a 74-56 victory to improve their record to 19-5 and 13-5 in the G-MAC.

The Cavs are back in action on Thursday in Alumni Arena against Lake Erie. This game will tip-off at 6 PM.
