NORTH CANTON, OH: Women's Soccer hosted the Kentucky Wesleyan College Panthers for their Senior Day in what proved to be a dominating display by the Cavs. Kate Young struck first for the Walsh with a goal in the 3rd minute, followed by Carli Miller adding a second in the 13th minute. The Cavs took a commanding 2-0 lead to enter the break. However, it was later on in the match when the floodgates flew open. Jamie Duskey added the third goal of the match in the 52nd minute, before assisting Katie Corrigan in the 78th minute of play for a 4-0 lead over the Panthers. Mack White and Audrey Johnson rounded out the scoring for the Cavs in the 84th and 89th minutes, respectively.
The Cavs will hope to continue this run of form when they travel to Ashland University to take on the #16 ranked Eagles on Thursday, October 23rd, at 3:30 P.M.
