FINDLAY, OH: Walsh Women's Soccer traveled to Findlay, Ohio where they fell to the University of Findlay Oilers on a Thursday evening match. Scoring opened up for the Oilers in the 57th minute, before adding a second in the 67th minute. The Cavs were outshot 28 to 10 and 11 to 6 for shots on goal. Four different Maroon and Gold players led the Cavs line with 2 shots each. O'Malley Quinlan prevented a larger deficit with the Oilers, making 9 saves during the contest.
The Cavs will hope to get back on track Saturday, October 4th, at 6 P.M. when they return to Larry Staudt Field in hopes of gaining all three points against Ursuline College.
