NORTH CANTON, OH: Fans at Larry Staudt Field, on Tuesday night, saw excited and nail biting lacrosse vs Rockhurst and Walsh. In an even match up that eventually saw extra time, the visitors from Kansas City, MO, prevailed 9-8! Tied at 8 for most of the 4th period, neither team was able to connect with the goal in regulation. Walsh Goalie, Hailey Kuruc, made incredible stops to give her team a chance, totaling 9 saves. 

In overtime, which was "golden goal," was all Rockhurst as they won the opening draw which led to the winning goal of the game. 

Tomorrow, the Women will return to Larry Staudt Field for a match up against regional power, Grand Valley State University. First draw is set for 4pm.
