NORTH CANTON, OH: The Cavaliers faced the University of Montevallo in a mid day contest earlier today. With warm temperatures came rain as Cavs looked to earn their 3rd win in a row. Montevallo, a top team in the country, ultimately out paced Walsh, earning a 11-5 road win. The Maroon and Gold hung in tough, matching up even after one period but then found themselves down, 4-1 at the mid game break. Montevallo kept the pace for the rest of the game with the Cavs never quite catching up.
Walsh will look to bounce back against rival, Malone, on Tuesday, April 1st, at 6pm!
