FLORENCE, IN: Cavalier Golf wrapped up their season at the Great Midwest Championships this past week at Belterra Golf Club and Resort. The Men finished 9th out of 11 teams while the Women finished 6th out of 10.
The Men kicked off the week of golf on Monday as they faced very windy conditions. In the 36 holes, Walsh shot rounds of 320 and 313. On the last day of 18, the Men would improve their score, firing a 312.
Blake Hood led the team, finishing 17th individually, firing rounds of 80, 77, 72.
The Women closed the week in Indiana with many delays interrupting their 54 holes of stroke play. Playing just about 20 holes on day one, day two proved to be daunting as the tournament finished.
Sydney Hugo led the Women, finishing 10th with rounds of 73. 76, 79.
