LIMA, OH: Walsh Women's Golf took the tee last Friday, April 10th for the first ever TU/WU Spring Christmas Classic. A co-hosted event between Tiffin and Walsh, the field saw 4 top teams in the region. In the 36 hole event, Walsh finished 5th firing a 622 overall, 11 strokes out of 4th. Despite a 325 round one score, the Women bounced back in round two, firing a 297, the best team score for the Women since 2024 and 3 strokes off tying the school record. 

Walsh will now travel to Florence, Indiana to play in the G-MAC Championships April 16th-18th!

FOR THE CAVS

• Sydney Hugo finished 3rd overall shooting rounds of 75 and 73.
• Gabriella Berlingieri shot 82 in round one followed by a 73 in round two.
• Also in the line up for the Cavs: Catalina Uribe (84/75), Ashlee Garner (84/76), Sophia Rosa (87/85).
