FLORENCE, IN: For the first time in Walsh's G-MAC era and the second time in the NCAA era, Walsh Golf has a conference champion. Senior, Sydney Hugo, fired a 5 under 66 in round three of the G-MAC Championships to jump four spots to earn medalist honors. Her three day total was 216 with the runner up being two shots behind at 218. The round of 66 ties a conference best for an 18 hole round! 

The Cavs finished 5th out of 11 teams with rounds of 328, 315, and 321. 

Hugo will qualify for the NCAA Regional as an individual. The Regional Championship will be at Findlay Country Club on May 4th, 5th, and 6th.

FOR THE CAVS

• With rounds of 73, 77, and 66, Sydney Hugo won the Women's Golf Championship individually. She totaled 11 birdies across the 54 holes. 
• Gabriella Berlingieri finished 21st with rounds of 80, 79, 79
• Ashlee Garner had rounds of 87, 82, and 90
• Catalina Uribe rounded out the Cav lineup with rounds of 88, 77, 86.
