(Pittsburgh, PA) Carley Adams' (5-8, Jr., Louisville, OH/HS) goal at the 50-minute mark was all the Cavs needed in a 1-0 American Mideast Conference win at Point Park University today. The win lifted the Cavs to 3-0 on the season and to 1-0 in the AMC. The goal was the first of the season for Adams and came on an assist from Gina Pinzone (5-6, Jr., Cleveland, OH/Padua Franciscan). Jillian Zanney (5-11, Sr., Brunswick, OH/HS) made four saves in recording her second straight shutout of the season.

Walsh is back in action on Friday when they travel to Cedarville University for a 7 pm game.
