(PITTSBURGH) - Walsh marked its third win on the season by defeating Point Park Friday night. The Cavs took down their former conference rival 3-1.

Sarah Berger netted the first goal for Walsh at the 10-minute mark. The score came unassisted from about 18-yards out, into the top right corner. Point Park evened the score with a goal from Chloe Bower to open the second half. 

Olivia Peters scored her fifth goal of the season, assisted by Brianna Sanborn, to take the lead again. Tarah McCausland then added the final goal to cap off Walsh's victory at the 84-minute mark.

Mickey McClanahan got the win in goal with six saves on the game.

Walsh is back in action Sunday at Lake Erie. The game will begin at 1 p.m.
