NORTH CANTON, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers men's indoor track & field team completed a double event weekend last weekend with appearances at the Findlay Alumni Classic and the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational.
Findlay Alumni Classic
Walsh finished second of nine teams in the Findlay Alumni Classic. The Cavaliers had 20 top five finishes, including ten finishes on the top three podium. Walsh totaled 134.5 points behind the host Findlay. Four different student-athletes tallied NCAA D2 Provo marks.

Chandler Wilhelm finished 2nd in the mile at Youngstown State, clocking in at 4:15.89. Wilhelm joined Xavier Foehl, Seth Macura and Josh Conrad in the 4x400 relay as the quartet was sxith overall. The 4x400 relay ran the race in 3:25.72. Conrad and Foehl finished ninth and 11th, respectively in the 800 meter run with times of 1:55.94 and 1:57.52.
Walsh will continue the indoor season at the Jud Logan Light Giver Open at the newly branded Niss Athletic Center at Ashland next weekend.
