NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Heading into the Walsh Tune-Up meet next week, the Walsh Cavaliers men's track and field team competed at the Slippery Rock Invite and the Jesse Owens Classic over the weekend.
The Cavaliers had five podium finishes across Columbus and Slippery Rock. Jacob Ott hit a NCAA D2 Provisional mark in the shot put, the 23rd best throw in Division II this season.
