ALLIANCE, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers men's outdoor track and field team competed in the weather adjusted John Homon Open on Thursday (April 7) and Friday (April 8). 

There were 12 podium finishes with three first place appearances. Xavier Foehl, Seth Macura and Drew Monahan all were victorious. 

1st Place Finishes

• Xavier Foehl (800 Meters): 1:53.89
• Seth Macura (1500 Meters): 4:01.55
• Drew Monahan (5000 Meters): 15:48.13

2nd Place Finishes

• Bryce Ostheimer (400 Hurdles): 56.39 seconds
• 4x100 Relay (Tyree Broyles, Michael Contrucci, Max McVicker, Micah Gremling): 41.84 seconds
• 4x400 Relay (Corey Harder, Caden Richmond, Max McVicker, Bryce Ostheimer): 3:28.38
• Jesse Houle (Hammer Throw): 52.30 meters

3rd Place Finishes

• Michael Contrucci (200 Meters): 22.67 seconds
• Jason Williams (5000 Meters): 18:42.62
• Jared Sturgell (Pole Vault): 4.33 meters
• Gabriel Miller (Hammer Throw): 52.24 meters
• Daniel Turner (Javelin Throw): 42.34 meters

4th Place Finishes

• Braden Brock (Shot Put): 14.68 meters
