MIDLAND, MI: Women's Cross Country earned a runner up finish at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday. Competition has been fierce all season between the Cavs and eventual Champion, Cedarville, making it a tough task. 

Star Senior, Claire Rethman, earned runner up individually. Her time of 20:35.1 was six seconds behind the individual champion from Hillsdale. The 2nd place finish also earned her All-Conference First Team honors. 

Bella Graham (11th), Alyssa Stoner (15th), and Bailey Menegay (17th) were the next finishers wearing the Maroon and Gold. The three of them earned Second Team spots. 

The Cavs will now gear up for the NCAA DII Regionals on November 8th in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
