FINDLAY, OH: Walsh Women's Golf was back on the course this week playing in the 54 hole, William Beall Fall Classic. Hosted by the first ranked Oilers of the University of Findlay, the field was loaded with teams from all over including Tampa and UMSL. The Oilers proved themselves as the nations best, winning the event by 14 strokes with all three rounds sub 300.
The Maroon and Gold ended up finishing 14th out of 17 teams, bouncing back after a team round one score of 337. Senior,
Sydney Hugo, once again led the Cavs finishing 16th individually.
The team will be back on the fairways this coming Sunday and Monday, at the Michael Corbett Fall Classic, hosted by Gannon.
