OWENSBORO, KY: The Great Midwest Championships were held this past week in Owensboro, Kentucky. Both Men's and Women's teams were the 5th seed in the tournament. The Men would defeat Hillsdale, in the quarterfinal, and then be eliminated by the eventual champions, Tiffin. The Women were eliminated in the first round, falling to Northwood, 4-3. 

During the Championship, the Great Midwest released the 2025 All-Conference teams. Luis Hernandez earned All-Conference First Team while Joan Dasi and Taira Abildayeva were named to the Second Team. Earning the Elite 26 Awards, for the second straight season, was Rachel Kibler and Lukas Kohler. This award is awarded to the Student-Athletes with the highest GPA in their respective sport. 

The Cavalier Men would end the 2025 campaign with a 10-12 (4-4) record. The Women finished 13-8 (5-4).
