HILLSDALE, MI: The Men's Tennis program had a strong showing last week as they defeated West Virginia State in a dual match and then competed at the Hillsdale Charger Men's Invite. The 6-1 dual match victory and successful play in Hillsdale capped off the impressive week. At the Hillsdale Invite, Walsh competed against the Chargers, the University of Findlay, and Lawrence Tech. Walsh captured three of the four singles flights and one of the two doubles flights. 

Freshman, Ross Trias won the A flight singles, Nicolas Stroehle won the B flight, and Ethan Milgan was runner up in the C singles flight. Sophomore, Kian Balali showed strong play in the D singles. In doubles, the team of Stroehle and Ben Hoffman won the B doubles and Trias with Joan Dasi finished third in the A doubles flight. 

The Men will be back in action at the University of Charleston on September 24th.
