LOCK HAVEN, PA: It was another dominant showing from the 11th and 25th ranked Cross Country programs in the nation this weekend at the Lock Haven Invite. The Walsh Women (11th) placed first as they scored 28 points with 5 Cavs in the top 10. The Men's team (25th) placed 2nd out of 22 teams and had 5 runners in the top 25.
Along with the team,
Claire Rethman won the Invitational, outright, with a time of 20:27. Her time beat the rest of the field by over a full minute.
Both programs will have time to continue their prep as their next race is at the DII Crossover Meet at Lewis University.

- The Papas twins led the Maroon and Gold finishing 7th and 14th individually. Theo Papas had a time of 24:32 while Spiro ran a 24:57
- Freshman, David D'Altorio finished 15th running a 24:58
- Kyle Woods (19th) and Noah Graham (24th) rounded out the strong performances for Walsh
