NORTH CANTON, OH: It was an exciting release of rankings for the Maroon and Gold Cross Country programs as the Women have moved to 10th and the Men 23rd in the USTFCCCA National Rankings. Coming off a victory at Lock Haven and an individual champion, the Women have proved themselves as a top 10 team. The Men, who ran without standout Xavier Foehl last weekend, ran strategically to push for a runner up team finish at Lock Haven. 

Regionally, both programs have stayed steady at 4th and 5th, respectively. 

Up next, both teams will head to the DII Crossover, hosted at Lewis University, next weekend. This will be a huge race for the Cavs as the Women will see themselves against GVSU (3rd), Cedarville (6th) and Lewis (9th). The Men will run against top teams such as GVSU (4th), Saginaw Valley (10th), Lewis (16th), and Michigan Tech (22nd).
