Box Score NORTH CANTON, Ohio - For the first time in 354 days, the Walsh Cavaliers men's lacrosse team took to the field as they hosted the Roberts Wesleyan RedHawks on Sunday (Feb. 21). The Cavaliers made their 2021 debut on their new home surface, Larry Staudt Field on campus. Walsh's first half momentum faltered as Roberts Wesleyan walked away with the 14-7 victory on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Roberts Wesleyan struck first with a goal two minutes into the contest. Walsh answered with a 7-0 run spanning the next 15 minutes of play. Walsh led 7-1 with 12:13 left in the second quarter. Roberts Wesleyan scored the final 13 goals of the game for a 14-7 Cavaliers loss.

- Hunter Lemieux led the RedHawks with four goals on Sunday. Matt Gademske and Michael Pierog both had three scores each.
BEHIND THE NUMBERS
- Roberts Wesleyan held the shot advantage 34-22 despite Walsh having 17 shots in the first half.
