FROSTBURG, MD- The Walsh Men's Lacrosse team fell 18-3 Saturday (Feb. 27th) to Frostburg State.  This is their second loss of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Frostburg State outscored Walsh in the first three quarters 13-1, with Evan Bradley scoring the only goal for the Cavaliers.  The Bobcats continued to have a dominant offense as they scored five additional goals in the fourth quarter.  Preston Coffman and Roman Smoot would add two more goals for the Cavaliers, while they still fell short.  

FOR THE CAVALIERS

• Evan Bradley and Jake Cieszynski led the team in ground balls at five a piece
• Goalie Patrick Cuddihy totaled 21 saves out of 36 shots-on-goal
• Colby Bowman and Evan Bradley each recorded one assist
• Evan Bradley led the team in points at two

FOR THE BOBCATS

• Sam Natvig led all groundballs at eight
• Mike Sipes and Tanner Donaldson each added two assists for the Bobcats
• Paul Ruppert led all-goals with five on the day

BEHIND THE NUMBERS

• The Cavaliers attempted 19 shots on goal
• The Cavaler goalie-duo combined for 22 saves
