LOCK HAVEN, PA: The conditions my not have been ideal but the Walsh Men's and Women's Cross Country teams made the most of the chilly and rainy conditions at the Lock Haven Invitational. All of the Cavaliers ran hard as the Men and Women both got 2nd overall in the Crimson Race and 1st overall in the White Race. 
Both teams will rest up as they are off until October 7th. They will travel to Romeoville, Illinois and run in the DII Crossover Meet at Lewis University

Men: 2nd out of 35, total time of 2:02:45
