(TIFFIN, Ohio) – Little went right for Walsh as it fell to Tiffin in the season finale by a count of 24-3 at Frost Kalnow Field Friday evening. The Cavaliers end the campaign at 5-11 overall and 1-6 in the conference. The Dragons improve to 10-7 overall and will advance to the GLIAC playoffs by virtue of their 5-1 conference record.

Tiffin scored early and often out of the gate with a pair of goals in the first 90 seconds. Emma Armour (Fr., Charlotte, NC/Charlotte Catholic) scored at the 25:53 mark of the first half to make the score 2-1, but the Dragons outscored Walsh 11-1 the rest of the half.

Maria Nobile (So., Westerville, OH/Olentangy Orange) and Amanda Hodel (Fr., Cincinnati, OH/Lakota West) scored the other goals for Walsh. Steffi Zepp (So., Dublin, OH/Coffman) added an assists.

Emily Roussel led the Dragons with six goals and two assists for eight points.
