WALSH FALLS TO #22 MERCYHURST

ERIE, PA- The Walsh Women's Lacrosse team recorded their second loss of the season Sunday (March 14th) against Mercyhurst University.  The Cavaliers lost by a score of 17-10.

FOR THE CAVALIERS

  • Hannah McFeeters led the Cavaliers in scoring, at five goals on the day
  • Kaytyln Tokar and Lindsey Hindman both scored two goals a piece
  • Halle Kotulock recorded picked up four groundballs, while also causing four turnovers
  • Goalkeeper Kathleen Mendenhall totaled 12 saves on the day
  • Ellen Lawrence recorded the only assist for Walsh

FOR THE LAKERS

  • Julio Ruscio totaled five goals on five shots-on-goal
  • Gabby McGinn led all-assists at four 
  • Kaitlyn Lippert picked up six groundballs, the highest of the day
