Box Score FINDLAY, OH- The Cavaliers went wire to wire with the Findlay Oilers Friday (April 30th), but fell short in overtime by a score of 12-11. The loss pushed Walsh's overall record to 6-6 and 3-2 in the conference.

The Cavaliers and Oilers were all tied up 6-6 heading into the second half. Isabella Kelty, Lindsay Hidnman, and Hannah McFeeters each had a pair of goals for Walsh in the first half. Findlay outshot Walsh 13-11, while forcing 10 turnovers.
The Oilers jumped ahead as they went on to score four straight goals to take the lead at 10-6. Down four goals, the Cavaliers battled back as Kendra Cowen-Tripp put Walsh on the board for the first time in the half. Isabella Kelty completed a hattrick for the Cavs as she cut the Oiler lead to two with seven minutes remaining in regulation. Melinda Maers put Walsh within one as she scored the ninth goal with assist from Lindsay Hindman.
Findlay answered with their fifth goal of the half to make the score 11-9. Walsh's Isabella Kelty scored her fourth goal of the game to put the Cavaliers within one. Hannah McFeeters tied the game with seven seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.
The Cavs won the opening draw, but Findlay was able to capitalize on a Walsh turnover to make the final score 12-11.
