NORTH CANTON, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers women's indoor track & field team completed a double event weekend last weekend with appearances at the Findlay Alumni Classic and the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational. 

Findlay Alumni Classic 

Walsh finished third of ten teams in the Findlay Alumni Classic. The Cavaliers had 11 top five finishes, totaling 85 points for the weekend. Ndidiamaka Anaraodo reached two NCAA Division II Provisional marks in her two events. 

1^st Place Finishes

• Brooke Lumpkin – Shot Put Open: 13.05 meters
• Ndidiamaka Anaraodo – Weight Throw Elite: 18.55 meters – NCAA D2 Provisional Mark

2^nd Place Finishes

• Kelsey Hartsock – 60 Meters: 7.90 seconds
• Bree Lumpkin – Shot Put Open: 12.66 meters
• Ndidiamaka Anaraodo – Shot Put Elite: 15.02 meters – NCAA D2 Provisional Mark

3^rd Place Finishes

• Claire Martin – Triple Jump: 10.96 meters

4^th Place Finishes

• Payton Knoch – 60 Hurdles: 9.20 seconds
• 4x400 Relay (Rebecca Bodo, Talia McLin, Ariana McMichael, Julie White): 4:22.63
• Sara Kittle – Shot Put Open: 11.55 meters

5^th Place Finishes

• Lexie Engstrom – 800 Meters: 2:28.25
• Toni Denmark – High Jump: 1.48 meters 

Iris Menegay had the best finish of the seven student-athletes that competed at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational this weekend. Menegay finished 11^th in the 3000 meter run. 

Walsh will continue the indoor season at the Jud Logan Light Giver Open at the newly branded Niss Athletic Center at Ashland next weekend.
