Box Score 2 NORTH CANTON, OH- The Cavaliers drop both ends of a G-MAC twinball at home. Hillsdale won 5-0 in the first game and 6-3 in the second game.

Game One (L, 0-5):
- The Cavaliers struggled at the plate as they remained scoreless through all seven innings
- Brooklyn Hellman and Brynn Elliott recorded the only two hits for Walsh
Game Two (L, 3-6)
- The Chargers jumped to a 1-0 lead in the top of the first
- Walsh tied the score in the bottom of the second as Jessie Rock reached first on an error by the pitcher. Rock advanced home on a sacrifice fly to left field from Katelyn Loughman.
- Hillsdale took the lead 2-1 in the top of the fifth on solo-homerun from Madison Rathbun
- The Cavaliers answered in the bottom of the sixth as Brooklyn Hellman advanced to second base on a fielding error
- A Sarah Moats RBI double to left field sent Hellman home to tie score 2-2
- A strong defensive effort led by Pitcher Sara Gockenbach sent the Cavaliers to extra innings
- Hillsdale connected on four hits in the top of the eighth to take the lead 6-2
- Freshman Madi Russo put Walsh within three with a solo-homer
- The Cavs failed to connect for the remainder of the game to make the final score 6-3
- Olivia Betson pitched five strikeouts on the day as Sara Gockenbach added two
