SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - As the season turns to the month of April, the Walsh Cavaliers women's track and field team competed at the Dave Labor Invitational on Saturday (April 2).
Walsh had 11 participants finish in the top three, including three event wins. Payton Knoch won the 100 meter hurdles with a final time of 15.08 seconds. Alex Bauer was victorious in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase as she hit a NCAA D2 Provo Mark of 10:58.63. Ndidiamaka Anaraodo threw the second best throw in Division II this season and the sixth best in the G-MAC record books.
