ALLIANCE, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers women's outdoor track and field team competed in the weather adjusted John Homon Open on Thursday (April 7) and Friday (April 8). 

Walsh had seven top three finishes for the event, including two event wins by Kelsey Hartsock and Ndidiamaka Anaraodo. Hartsock won the Pole Vault with a 3.71 meter vault. Anaraodo crossed the NCAA D2 Provisional Mark in the Shot Put while sitting 2nd in D2 for her throw. 

1st Place Finishes

• Kelsey Hartsock (Pole Vault): 3.71 meters
• Ndidiamaka Anaraodo (Shot Put): 15.53 meters - NCAA Division II Provisional Mark, 2nd best throw in Division II this year, 4th best throw in G-MAC history

2nd Place Finishes

• Style Henry (100 Meters): 12.41 seconds
• Payton Knoch (100 Hurdles): 14.89 seconds
• 4x100 Relay (Kelsey Hartsock, Claire Martin, Talia McLin, Style Henry): 48.47 seconds

3rd Place Finishes

• Bridget Hahn (5000 Meters): 18:18.47
• Ndidiamaka Anaraodo (Hammer Throw): 52.10 meters

4th Place Finishes

• Skyler Stewart (100 Hurdles): 15.87 seconds
• Lauren Moses (Pole Vault): 3.11 meters
• Reagan Garrett (Discus Throw): 41.05 meters

6th Place Finishes

• Madison Webb (Hammer Throw): 47.62 meters

7th Place Finishes

• Laura Rodgers (800 Meters): 2:23.36
• Madelyn Marquess (400 Hurdles): 1:15.03
• Samantha Watkins (Discus Throw): 40.04 meters

8th Place Finishes

• Elena Bell (High Jump): 1.45 meters
• Brooke Lumpkin (Javelin Throw): 27.46 meters

Walsh returns to action at Tiffin and Bucknell next Friday (April 15) and Saturday (April 16).
