BEREA, Ohio - With the final weekend of competition looming, the Walsh Cavaliers women's track and field team competed in two last chance meets to improve the marks for the 2022 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships. A handful of athletes went to Allendale, Michigan for the GVSU Last Chance Meet while others traveled to Baldwin Wallace for the Harrison Dilliard Twlight.
Between the two meets, Walsh had 13 top eight finishes and three NCAA Division II Provisional Marks reached. Kelsey Hartsock and Alexa Leppelmeier both bettered their marks in advance of the national qualifiers coming out.
